For this purpose, the use of this website constitutes your agreement with the conditions of sale. The use of this website is intended for personal use. Thus, the reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the contents of this Website without prior written authorization is prohibited for purposes other than personal use.

NAZARETH may at any time edit, in whole or in part, the terms and conditions listed here.

Online store customers are considered final consumers, subject to VAT assessment, with the exception of residents in countries outside the European Union.

The sales process is subject to compliance with the regulations established by Law No. 25/2008, of 5 June, on the regime for preventing and repressing the laundering of benefits from illegal sources and financing of terrorism.

It is strictly prohibited to introduce the link to our website for commercial purposes without prior authorization from NAZARETH. All Nazareth Collection pieces have composition and washing labels that identify the best way to take care of your piece. Compliance with the instructions allows them to last longer, ensuring greater satisfaction with your purchase.


The products identified in their specific catalogs can be purchased in the online store. If a product is not available in the online store, it does not mean that it is out of stock at NAZARETH, as it may be available through another company distribution channel.


The prices shown in the catalog include VAT at the current rate at the time of purchase, but do not include shipping costs. Any other costs resulting from the shipment of packages outside the country, including customs costs, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of incorrect data entry or just wanting to change something in your order, you can request its modification or cancellation through our Customer Service.

In accordance with law 7/2004 of January 7, on e-commerce, NAZARETH reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever a programming error, malfunction or deformed contractual proposal (in which the error concerns something crucial to the contract) is verified.

The customer can cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped, by sending an email or by telephone.

The cancellation request will only be effective when the order number and the name of the customer are mentioned.

If the customer wishes to return ordered items, NAZARETH's approval will be required. If approved, the amount paid will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be refunded.

NAZARETH will withhold shipping costs when the item is damaged or an error occurs during shipment.


Products can be paid for using one of the following electronic payment methods:

  • — MULTIBANCO REFERENCE: payments will be made via ifthenpay, this being the entity that will appear when you make your payment and will appear on your bank statement using this option, payment confirmation is immediate, so shipment can be made on the same working day or until the next business day, depending on the time of order.
  • — MBWAY: The customer receives a notification in the MBWAY APP on their smartphone. You will only have to validate the payment.

NAZARETH reserves the ordered products for 48 hours, after which time, in case there is no confirmation of payment, the order will be cancelled. If the buyer has a voucher, he can redeem it on offers in the online store, in accordance with the conditions of the store.

In mainland Portugal, orders are usually delivered within 2 working days after the date of payment. In the Autonomous Regions, depending on the Islands, the estimated delivery time can vary from 3 to 5 working days. Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world vary according to destination and transport time. It may take between 2 to 5 working days.


NAZARETH accepts exchanges/returns within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order if you wish to change size, model, color or simply request a return, provided that the items meet all the requirements below:

  • — Have not been used or washed.
  • — Don't be personalized.
  • — With all accessories shipped including exteriors and hangtags.
  • — Are in storage conditions, in the original packaging (if any).

Exchanges/returns can be made at one of our stores or via email/post, identifying the name and order number and the reason for purchase. In the rare event that you discover a defect, please accompany your order with a photo.

Shipping costs for exchanges/returns will be the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of defective parts. In these exceptional cases, the customer must contact our Customer Support to schedule the collection of the item and nazareth collection will bear the transport costs. However, the shipping of replacement items will follow the Shipping Cost rules of a normal purchase.

NAZARETH will not be responsible for any loss or delay of items in transport from the customer's address to our warehouse.

If you exchange an item purchased for another of lesser value, NAZARETH undertakes to refund the amount of the difference in prices, subtracting only the shipping costs.

The refund will be made by the same method used for payment:

  • — Paypal: refund to Paypal account
  • — Visa: refund for the card used

The refund will be issued within a maximum period of 10 working days after receipt of the order by our Customer Support services. The date on which this amount will be available in the customer's account will depend on the banking institution that provides services to the customer.

NAZARETH will not be responsible for shipping costs for returns or costs for returning products returned due to errors in the shipping address.


Both the user and Nazareth can cancel orders. The user, before the order is sent by post, may cancel the order at no cost.


Nazareth Collection undertakes to use the best suppliers nationwide (Portugal), in order to deliver the best possible product to its final consumer. In addition, our team performs quality control on 10% of samples of the parts before receiving them in order to reduce the possibility of defect. However, anomalies may occur in our parts, which we regret in advance.


Complaints of defects of the articles after use are accepted, for this, you must contact us through our Customer Support. Upon receipt of your shipment, the complaint will be reported to the brand and the maximum customer response time is 1 month. Individual registration in the online store is carried out in the store under "Registration". This registration allows for an easier purchase process, with the recording of customer identification data, allowing immediate recognition of the same, without the need for new typing in a future purchase.
