NAZARETH COLLECTION offers an online shopping service regulated by the General Conditions of Sale, as described below. To this end, the use of this website constitutes your agreement to the terms of sale. NAZARETH COLLECTION reserves the right to change these conditions without prior notice, publishing all changes here.

The use of this website is for personal use. Therefore, the reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the contents of this website without prior written permission is prohibited for purposes other than personal use.

NAZARETH COLLECTION may at any time edit, in whole or in part, the terms and conditions listed herein.

Customers of the online store are considered final consumers, subject to VAT assessment, with the exception of those resident in countries outside the European Union.

The sale process is subject to compliance with the regulations established by Law 25/2008, of 5 June, on the regime for the prevention and repression of laundering of the benefits of illegal provenance and financing of terrorism.

It is strictly forbidden to introduce the link from our website for commercial purposes without prior authorization from NAZARETH COLLECTION, Lda. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

All Nazareth Collection products have composition and washing labels that identify the best way to care for your piece. The fulfillment of the instructions allows a greater longevity of them, guaranteeing a greater satisfaction with your purchase.

ONLINE STORE PRODUCTS

The products identified in their specific catalogs can be purchased in the online shop. If a product is not available in the online shop, it does not mean that it is out of stock at NAZARETH COLLECTION, as it may be available through another distribution channel of the company.

PRICES

Prices shown in the catalog include VAT at the current rate at the time of purchase, but do not include shipping costs. Any other costs resulting from the shipment of volumes abroad, including customs costs, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

ORDERING AT NAZARETHCOLLECTION.COM

Ordering on nazarethcollection.com is very easy and respects all rules and laws governing e-commerce. However, more information on this subject is available in our FAQ.

In the event of incorrect data entry or you just want to change something in your order, you can request your modification or cancellation through our Customer Service.

In accordance with the law 7/2004 of January 7 on e-commerce, NAZARETH COLLECTION, LDA reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever a programming error, malfunction or deformed contractual proposal (in which the error relates to something crucial to the contract) is verified.

The customer can cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped, by sending an email or by phone.

The cancellation request will only be effective when the order number and customer name are mentioned.

If the customer wishes to return ordered items, approval by NAZARETH COLLECTION is required. If approved, the amount paid will be refunded, but there will be no refund of shipping costs.

NAZARETH COLLECTION will retain shipping costs when the item is damaged or an error occurs during shipping.

PAYMENT METHODS

Products can be paid for through one of several electronic payment methods available below:

  • PAYPAL
  • REFERÊNCIA MULTIBANCO: Payments will be made via ifthenpay, this being the entity that will appear when you make your payment and will appear on your bank statement through this option, the confirmation of payment is immediate, so the shipment can be made on the same business day or until the next business day, depending on the time of order.
  • MBWAY (Portugal Only): The customer receives a notification at APP MBWAY on his smartphone. You only have to validate the payment.

NAZARETH COLLECTION reserves the products ordered for 48 hours, after that time, in case of no payment confirmation, the order will be cancelled.

If the buyer has a voucher he can discount it in offers in the online store, according to the conditions of the same.

DELIVERY TIME

In mainland Portugal orders are usually delivered within 2 working days after the payment date.

In the Autonomous Regions, depending on the Islands, the estimated delivery time can vary from 3 to 5 working days.

Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world vary according to destination and transport time. They can take between 2 and 5 working days.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

NAZARETH COLLECTION accepts exchanges/returns within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order if you wish to exchange size, model, colour or simply request a return, provided that the items meet all the requirements below:

  • Have not been used or washed
  • Do not be customized
  • With all accessories shipped including exterior and hangtags.
  • Be in condition for re-storage, in original packaging (if any).

Exchanges/returns can be made in one of our stores or via email/mail, identifying the name and order number and the reason for purchase. In the rare event of a defect, please accompany your order with a photo.

Shipping costs for exchanges/returns will be the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of defective parts. In these exceptional cases the customer should contact our Customer Support to schedule the collection of the item and nazareth collection will bear the shipping costs. However, the shipping of the replacement items will follow the Shipping Cost rules of a normal purchase.

NAZARETH COLLECTION will not be responsible for any loss or delay of items in the transportation from the customer's address to our warehouse.

In case you exchange a purchased item for another one of lesser value, NAZARETH COLLECTION undertakes to reimburse the amount of the difference in prices, subtracting only the shipping costs.

The reimbursement will be made by the same method as the payment:

  • Paypal: refund to Paypal account
  • Visa: refund for the card used

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 10 working days after receipt of the order in our Customer Support Services. The date this amount will be available in the customer's account will depend on the bank that provides services to the customer.

NAZARETH COLLECTION shall not be liable for return shipping costs or costs of returning products due to errors in the shipping address.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Both the user and Nazareth Collection can cancel orders. The user, before the order is sent by post, may cancel the order at no cost.

DEFECTS

Nazareth Collection is committed to using the best suppliers nationwide (Portugal) in order to deliver the best possible product to its end consumer. In addition, our team performs quality control on 10% samples of the parts before receiving them in order to reduce the possibility of defect. However, anomalies can occur in our parts, which we already regret.

CLAIMS

Complaints of defects of the articles after use are accepted, for this, you should contact us through our Customer Support. After receipt of your shipment, the complaint will be reported to the brand and the maximum response time for the customer is 1 month. ONLINE STORE REGISTRATION

The individual registration at the online shop is done under "Registration". This registration allows an easier purchase process, with the recording of the customer's identification data, allowing an immediate recognition of the customer, without the need to retype in a future purchase.

You can update your personal data online whenever you make a purchase at the online store.

Access is restricted to each user and guaranteed by the use of a login and a password that must be changed at first use.

After registration, these data are sent to the client's email address to allow their confidentiality, being the user's exclusive responsibility for their subsequent use.

APPLICABLE LAWS

All purchases made on nazarethcollection.com are subject to Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the general conditions of sale and use will be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.

If our client is outside Continental Portugal, we inform you that any legal process should be forwarded to the Portuguese courts.

CAMPAIGNS AND PROMOTIONS

  • Campaigns - NAZARETH COLLECTION presents two collections in a generic way every year
  • SALES - from 1 January to 29 February 2020, up to 50% in all articles of the site
  • Promotions - 7 February to 9 February 2020, by offering a voucher to be defined in the purchase of an item above a value to be set in due course.
  • Maximum offer of 1 voucher per shopping cart/customer, regardless of the number of items purchased.
  • Discounts not cumulative with other coupons in force.
  • Campaigns and promotions will be promoted and articulated through the brand's social networks.
