For this purpose, the use of this website constitutes your agreement with the conditions of sale. NAZARETH reserves the right to change these conditions without prior notice, publishing all changes here.

The use of this website is intended for personal use. Therefore, the reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of the content of this Website without prior written authorization is prohibited for purposes other than personal use.

NAZARETH may at any time edit, in whole or in part, the terms and conditions listed here.

Online store customers are considered final consumers, subject to VAT, with the exception of residents in countries outside the European Union.

The sales process is subject to compliance with the regulations established by Law no. 25/2008, of 5 June, relating to the regime for preventing and repressing the laundering of benefits from illegal origin and terrorist financing.

The introduction of a link to our website for commercial purposes without prior authorization from NAZARETH is strictly prohibited. All Nazareth Collection pieces have composition and washing labels that identify the best way to care for your piece. Following the instructions allows for greater longevity, ensuring greater satisfaction with your purchase.



Products identified in their specific catalogs can be purchased in the online store. If a product is not available in the online store, it does not mean that it is out of stock at NAZARETH, as it may be available through another company distribution channel.



The prices shown in the catalog include VAT at the current rate at the time of purchase, but do not include shipping costs. Any other costs resulting from sending volumes abroad, including customs costs, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of incorrect data entry or if you simply want to change something in your order, you can request its modification or cancellation through our Customer Support service.

In accordance with law 7/2004 of January 7, on e-commerce, NAZARETH reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever a programming error, operating defect or deformed contractual proposition (in which the error concerns to something crucial to the contract) is verified.

The customer can cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped, by sending an email or by telephone.

The cancellation request will only be effective when the order number and the customer's name are mentioned.

If the customer wishes to return ordered items, approval from NAZARETH will be required. If approved, the amount paid will be refunded, but there will be no refund of shipping costs.

NAZARETH will retain shipping costs when the item is damaged or an error occurs during shipping.



Products can be paid for using one of the following electronic payment methods available:

  • — MULTIBANCO REFERENCE: payments will be made via ifthenpay, this being the entity that will appear when you make your payment and will appear on your bank statement through this option, payment confirmation is immediate, so shipping can be done on the same business day or until the next business day, depending on the time of order.
  • — MBWAY: The customer receives a notification on the MBWAY APP on their smartphone. You just have to validate the payment.

NAZARETH reserves the ordered products for 48 hours, after this time, if there is no confirmation of payment, the order will be cancelled. If the buyer has a voucher, they can redeem it for offers in the online store, according to the store's conditions.

In mainland Portugal, orders are generally delivered within 2 working days after the payment date. In the Autonomous Regions, depending on the Islands, the estimated delivery time may vary from 3 to 5 business days. Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world vary according to destination and transport time. It can take between 2 to 5 business days.



NAZARETH accepts exchanges/returns within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order if you wish to change size, model, color or simply request a return, as long as the items meet all the requirements below:

  • — Have not been used or washed.
  • — They are not personalized.
  • — With all accessories shipped including exteriors and hangtags.
  • — Are in restorable condition, in the original packaging (if any).

Exchanges/returns can be made in one of our stores or via email/post, identifying the name and order number and the reason for purchase. In the rare event that you notice a defect, please accompany your order with a photo.

Shipping costs for exchanges/returns will be the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of defective parts. In these exceptional cases, the customer must contact our Customer Support to schedule collection of the item and nazareth collection will cover the transportation costs. However, shipping of replacement items will follow the Shipping Cost rules of a normal purchase.

NAZARETH will not be responsible for any loss or delay of items in transport from the customer's address to our warehouse.

If you exchange an item purchased for another of lesser value, NAZARETH undertakes to refund the amount of the price difference, subtracting only the shipping costs.

The refund will be made using the same method used for payment:

  • — Paypal: refund to Paypal account
  • — Visa: refund to the card used

The refund will be issued within a maximum period of 10 working days after receiving the order from our Customer Support services. The date on which this amount will be available in the customer's account will depend on the banking institution providing services to the customer.

NAZARETH will not be responsible for return shipping costs or return costs for products returned due to errors in the shipping address.



Both the user and Nazareth can cancel orders. The user, before the order is sent by post, can cancel the order, free of charge.



Nazareth Collection is committed to using the best suppliers nationwide (Portugal), in order to deliver the best possible product to its end consumer. In addition, our team carries out quality control on 10% samples of parts before receiving them in order to reduce the possibility of defects. However, anomalies may occur in our pieces, which we regret in advance.



Complaints about defects in items after use are accepted; to do so, you must contact us through our Customer Support. Upon receipt of your shipment, the complaint will be reported to the brand and the maximum response time for the customer is 1 month. Individual registration in the online store is carried out in the store under “Registration”. This registration allows for an easier purchasing process, with the recording of the customer's identification data, allowing immediate recognition of the customer, without the need for new entry during a future purchase. The Customer can update their personal data online whenever they make a purchase in the online store. Access is restricted to each user and guaranteed by the use of a login and password that must be changed upon first use. After registration, this data is sent to the customer's email to ensure confidentiality, with its subsequent use being the sole responsibility of the user.



All purchases made on the nazarethcollection.com website are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the general conditions of sale and use will be submitted to the competent Portuguese court. If our client is located outside mainland Portugal, we inform you that any legal proceedings must be forwarded to the Portuguese courts.
